Your rights

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Indiana, Tennessee, Florida, Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, Kentucky, Rhode Island, and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws have the right to access, correct, delete, and (where applicable) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Quebec have rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and Law 25, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@readinward.com. We verify each request and respond within the timelines required by applicable law.

Global Privacy Control

ReadInward honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends GPC, we treat that as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. GPC is honored at the browser or device level; if you also have an account, use the controls in your account settings to apply the choice account-wide.

Children

ReadInward is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in the United States or under the equivalent age of digital consent in other jurisdictions. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, write to privacy@readinward.com and we will delete it.
